Hi, my name is Amelia and I’m a travel creator

I’m a London native living on the sunny Gold Coast of Australia. I have a degree from the University of Cambridge in Natural Sciences, but the biggest passion of my life is lying on the beach.

I spent over two decades of my life living in the City of London, as child and then as a young adult, worried that I would be chained to grey skies and monotonous routines for the rest of my life. I took a leap of faith a few years ago to do what makes me happy, which is travelling to the most beautiful locations around the world, hoping to simultaneously improve knowledge and accessibility to others. I believe there is a piece of paradise for everyone.

My partner, Cal, is an ex- navy photographer who now takes photos for hotels and resorts. We met on the Gold Coast and bonded over our shared passion for travelling - he takes most of the beautiful photos you will see on this blog. Check him out here.
